“Syscon” was set-up in 2005 by our directors Jigesh Doshi & Neha Suthar to facilitate a scientific approach for collecting and analyzing information to support and optimize business operations. Today, we have earned respect from the multinational IT giants like HP. Started our journey as registered resellers, today we are regional sub-distributors of HPI (Desktops, Laptops, Options ) and HPE (Servers, storage and networking products.)

Sales Activities:
Coming to sales, we have always made it a point to provide the top notch products available in today’s IT market. Quality plays an important role in the development of a company. And so when it comes to quality products and service, we hold our head up with pride. Our goodwill in the market is the evidence that we have been providing the supreme quality products. Our partnership with major distributors like Savex Computers Ltd, Redington India Ltd., Ingram Micro India Ltd., and other distributors shows our concern about genuine products and services.
Apart from sales activities, we believe in staying updated. So we regularly attend sales training from companies like HP Inc and HPE. This helps us to gain knowledge for latest innovations and market scenario.
Support Activities:
Support has become a major factor for most of the industries to choose their vendors and we are dedicated for providing the best support and after sales for the products we sell.
Our company spends a good amount of its income for development of these support personnel. They undergo a rigorous training of 6 months to serve the better part of the industry. We have support staff who can handle 386-486 systems supporting DOS to Latest computing systems and servers.
We also provide hardware support on annual basis and have expertise in installation, configuration, and implementation.
Support Staff:
We have experienced and skilled customer support staff who are well versed with latest products & IT technology in the market. They quickly understand and absorb recent updates and changes to serve you in the best way possible. We insist on support trainings conducted by companies. We also provide Facility Management Services for your entire IT setup including IT Helpdesk.
